Our Service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Mary Glancz Salon. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. If you request a refund for a service, it must be a mistake from the service provider, not something you might have changed your mind after the service has been performed. In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 7 days past the initial service date. It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you ASAP for corrective service.
Merchandise Return
Any merchandise purchased from Mary Glancz Salon can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, unused with original tag.
For products we shipped to you, you must notify us within 7 days of arrival if the package has visible damages or missing merchandise in order to receive for a full refund. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return back to us.
Refund Policy
All refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund process might take 5-7 business days upon the customer returning the product or package arrival to our spa to reflect on your bank statement.
Shipping and handling fee are not refundable.
Right to Refuse Service
Mary Glancz Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
48 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior will result in a $50 fee or 50% of the services you are reserved for. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.
No Show
In order to respect the time of our Staff, if an appointment is no-showed you will be subject to a $50 no show fee or a charge of 50% of the total amount due for services and serviced on a walk-in only basis. Please be advised if you NO Show on a Re-Do Reservation we will not be able to schedule a new reservation free of charge.
Late
Please be courteous to our staff and other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment.
Methods of payment
Mary Glancz Salon accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, Amex, checks and cash.
Reservations
You may request a reservation by calling the salon OR via our website.
Gift Certificate Policy
- Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at the time of service.
- Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
- Please call Mary Glancz Salon concerning lost gift certificates.
- All gift certificates are non-refundable.
- Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- Gift certificates are valid at Mary Glancz Salon only for all products and services available.
